Subtle use of symbolism – falling objects into place
Soft colour – to imply ease
The use of san-serif font – modern appearance
Use of grey – reflect industrial metals
And the use of “d” appears like a smoke stack – also reflective of industrial revolution and design

“Oliver Smith” The best of craft and industry
Use of monochromatic scheme:
- reflects metal use
- illustrates classic and smoothness, there is not stark contrast as there is no use of black.
Use of san-serif font implies contemporary
Title is the name of the designer – reflects a persona and level of distinction between other companies

“Zune”
Bright colours in the logo– for contemporary market
Use of geometric shapes – implies conceptual design and uniqueness
Soft tone of grey for the company name…as the image takes over the name and has become more important it seems.
The logo/image reflects opening and unfolding ideas…
Use of san-serif font is sleek, which complements the design of the case that the company promotes

“W.ID” Wide Industrial Design
Reminiscent of digital type font – conveys modern design
Appears embossed and durable
Is bold – use of shadows and outlines and serious and confident.
The single use of colour on the full stop is nice – but seems un-necessary
I don’t like this logo as much as it seems a bit dated now with the attempt of a 3d type stamp.

“CCDS” Industrial design / product development
I love this logo as it is incredibly fresh and modern with a sleek edge to it
The use of e reflective surface makes the image jump out at you
The statement of the cherry implies new, fresh and dare I say, “cherished”, nurtured if you will.
The image is clean and enchanting.
Only issue would be the loss of the letters due to the white background.
Use of san-serif is nice and complements the image with its soft shadow edging.

“Dandelion”
A lovely soft and subtle image – due to the use of hue and curves of the logo.
The symbolism of the dandelion is nice as it reflects a mind map where ideas meet and come as one at the center and also implies drifting ideas that have landed here at this particular company.
The image seems very interesting a fresh – I like the depth it has created with the touch of reflection and variations of the grey lines that create dimension as well.
It is simple yet effective.
